Starting to raid the pantry or fridge for a snack? Something to give your energy levels a boost? Pull out some beef or chicken bone broth! I use one frozen broth cube and then add some water, just enough to keep it in one mug.
When it’s done heating up, I pour a little bit of my fermented pepper juice into the cup for an added salty flavor. If you really want to give yourself a boost, add some fresh garlic into the cup :) Bottom’s up!
Oftentimes I will have this for breakfast if i’m in a hurry to get out the door as it really fills me up and leaves my belly satisfied for HOURS!
